The Thestral Sepuchria is available to claim once you unlock the Flying Mounts in Hogwarts Legacy. The Flying Mounts are unlocked after finishing the main quest, “The High Keep.” It’s very early in the story, so you won’t have to grind hours to unlock your new Thestral mount.
